Live Room Monitoring
Manage authorized safety-monitor IDs and review room-monitoring sessions.
Quiet safety monitoring: authorized User IDs and team accounts with the surveillance permission and a linked Volca Live User ID can enter live rooms for moderation, including rooms where the user has been blocked by the room owner. Their entry/exit does not create a room chat announcement or entrance animation. They stay out of the public participant list, room count and entrance effects. Every monitoring session and moderation action remains logged in this portal.
Add Safety Monitor by User ID
Enter only the Volca Live User ID. The portal will load the account details first, then you can authorize monitoring access.

Confirm the name, username, country and account status before granting access.

Enable Safety Monitor access. You can revoke it instantly from the table below.

Room entry
No join/leave chat announcement. Monitoring accounts can bypass room-owner block/kick restrictions while permission is active.
Participant visibility
The account is hidden from People in room, public profile room status, room counts and entry effects. Monitoring listens as audience only.

Session start/end is recorded for portal review. User ID grants permit audience monitoring; moderation actions require a separate team role.
